Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any product from RISE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Research Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or purchase our products.

Research Use Only

All products sold by RISE are intended strictly for in vitro research, laboratory experimentation, and analytical applications by qualified researchers and accredited laboratories. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind. See Research Use Only for handling guidelines.

Prohibited Uses

Without limitation, the following uses of any RISE product are strictly prohibited:

• —Use in clinical or diagnostic procedures involving humans or animals
• —Resale or transfer to any party not qualified to handle research compounds

RISE does not provide, and will never provide, dosage, administration, or preparation guidance for human or animal use. Any request for such information will result in refusal of sale and account termination.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or laboratory. The buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying that their intended use complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all materials purchased from RISE. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold RISE harmless from any claim arising out of the buyer's use, misuse, or transfer of any product.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. RISE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that suggest an intent to use products outside of laboratory research. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RISE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product sold on this website. All products are provided "as is" for research purposes, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
