Shipping & Returns

All orders ship via FedEx with end-to-end tracking. Delivery is a flat $25, and free on orders of $250 and up (products subtotal, before shipping and tax).

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Compounds ship lyophilized in insulated packaging. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, and a confirmation when it is delivered.

Higher-value orders may require an adult signature at delivery. We currently ship within the United States only; some states may be unavailable at checkout for regulatory reasons.

Every order is covered by our shipment protection at no extra cost: if your package arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, we will reship it once free of charge.

To make a claim, email support@risepeptides.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damage claims, photos of the package and contents.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research reagents, compounds cannot be returned once shipped — we cannot verify storage conditions outside our chain of custody, and reselling returned reagents would compromise research integrity.

If you received the wrong item, or an item that does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter the fulfilment queue.

All products are sold for in vitro laboratory research use only, and are not for human or veterinary use. Replacements and refunds never depend on how a product was used — but by purchasing you confirm the intended research use described in our Terms of Service.
